ABOUT

I’m a UX designer based in Toronto, Canada. Currently, I’m pursuing a Master of Information in User Experience Design at the University of Toronto. ​

I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto in psychology and sociology. My expertise in these fields allow me to apply advanced quantitative and qualitative user research methods, such as interviews, focus groups, and surveys, to identify user pain points. I also bring policy development experience with the Government of Ontario and the City of Toronto to my UX design journey, demonstrating strong design documentation and guideline writing skills. My equity-driven research and policy evaluation approach further enhanced my ability to empathize and co-design with service users with different abilities and backgrounds. I am capable of showcasing design products and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and laypersons alike. Additionally, I thrive in multidisciplinary collaboration and enjoy project management.
